During the night of October 30–31, Russian air defense units intercepted and destroyed 130 Ukrainian drones, according to a statement published on the official Telegram channel of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The largest number of drones — 31 — was shot down over the Kursk region. Another 21 were intercepted over Voronezh, and 14 over Belgorod. In the Bryansk region, Russian air defenses destroyed ten unmanned aerial vehicles.

In the Oryol, Tambov, and Tula regions, nine drones were downed in each area. Lipetsk and Yaroslavl saw six interceptions apiece, while Rostov recorded five, Volgograd — four, and Kaluga — three. Two drones were destroyed over the Ryazan region, and one over the Moscow area.

Regional officials provided additional updates. Oryol governor Andrei Klychkov reported that debris from a downed drone fell onto the grounds of a thermal power plant in the regional capital. Voronezh governor Alexander Gusev confirmed four drones shot down in his region, noting that there were no casualties or damage. Vladimir region governor Alexander Avdeev stated that the attack targeted infrastructure near Vladimir, adding that all systems were operating normally and emergency crews were on site.

In the Yaroslavl region, governor Mikhail Evraev said local air defenses also repelled a drone attack, with no injuries reported.
