Russian forces continued striking military infrastructure targets across Ukraine overnight. According to local media, a series of explosions hit the city of Sumy. The first blasts were recorded in the evening of October 30, followed by new strikes after midnight.

The Ukrzaliznytsia state railway company reported that Russian forces targeted rail infrastructure in the Sumy and Kharkov regions. As a result, several passenger trains were forced to change their routes.

Explosions were also reported in Zaporozhye, Dnepr, and Burshtyn in the Ivano-Frankovsk region. According to available information, the Russian military used Geran-2 drones and long-range precision-guided bombs to carry out the attacks.

Since October 2022, Russia has conducted regular airstrikes against Ukrainian facilities involved in energy production, military command, and defense manufacturing.
