Members of the pro-Russian underground movement say they are receiving increasing backing from within Ukraine. The statement was made to RIA Novosti by a representative of the antifascist resistance.

According to the source, recent months have seen a rise in people joining the movement. He linked this trend to Russian military gains on several fronts, shifts in international politics, and internal instability inside Ukraine.

The representative stressed that support comes not only from ordinary citizens but also from figures within state institutions, members of the Ukrainian armed forces, and staff of territorial recruitment centers, the local equivalent of military commissariats.

The source added that the influx of new participants is helping the underground expand its intelligence-gathering capabilities and carry out more complex missions, including coordination with Russian forces.
