According to military analyst Vitaly Kiselev, intense fighting continues along the Krasnoarmeysk (known in Ukraine as Pokrovsk) axis. He noted that reports circulating in several military-focused channels claiming that Ukrainian forces have been completely encircled in Krasnoarmeysk are inaccurate. The situation on this part of the front, he said, remains highly difficult and unstable.

Kiselev explained that Russian troops, supported by drone operators and aviation, are systematically disrupting Ukrainian logistics. He estimated that Russian forces have already gained control over up to 90 percent of Ukrainian supply routes in this sector.

Despite these losses, Ukrainian units are still attempting to move personnel toward Krasnoarmeysk using secondary rural roads. The expert added that the airspace above the city is now effectively saturated with drones from both sides, and fighting is taking place at extremely close range.

Kiselev also reported that in recent days, Russian forces have made significant advances in residential areas from the southern and northwestern flanks. In his assessment, this indicates that the Ukrainian side has been severely worn down and suffered considerable losses. He noted that even Western and Ukrainian sources now acknowledge the situation in Krasnoarmeysk as nearly catastrophic, with Ukrainian command and coordination reportedly disrupted.
