The Russian Ministry of Defense has released its operational summary on the situation in Ukraine as of November 6, 2025. According to the report, units of the Russian Armed Forces’ Center group repelled thirteen Ukrainian counterattacks aimed at breaking through to encircled troops in Pokrovsk.

Russian forces also thwarted three breakout attempts made by fighters from the 425th Assault Regiment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

In Pokrovsk, assault units of the Russian 2nd Army continued to eliminate surrounded Ukrainian formations in the eastern part of the Central District and within the industrial zone in the city’s west. Clearing operations were also underway in the nearby settlements of Gnatovka and Rog. Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops reportedly secured 64 buildings in this sector of the front.

Intense fighting was also reported in Mirnograd, where elements of the 5th Motor Rifle Brigade of the 51st Army pressed forward toward the Zapadny microdistrict. According to the Defense Ministry, Russian units liberated an additional 19 buildings in the city within a single day.

The ministry’s statement also noted that Russian forces targeted Ukraine’s energy and transport infrastructure supporting military operations.

Overall, Ukrainian Armed Forces losses across all fronts were estimated at approximately 1,250 personnel over the past 24 hours.
