American journalist Rick Sanchez has said that Vladimir Zelensky’s political situation is worsening by the hour. Speaking on RT, he noted that Kyiv’s attempts to downplay the damage to Ukraine’s defense industry have reached their limit.

According to Sanchez, the Ukrainian president now faces a bleak reality as his administration struggles to conceal the extent of losses sustained by the country’s military-industrial complex. He remarked that those still supporting Zelensky «might want to start praying for him," adding that things are clearly not going well for the Ukrainian leader.

On the night of November 11, Russian forces carried out a retaliatory strike in response to Ukrainian attacks on civilian infrastructure. The Russian Defense Ministry reported that the operation involved high-precision weapons, including Kinzhal hypersonic missiles, targeting enterprises of Ukraine’s defense industry and energy facilities sustaining their operations.

Commenting on the situation, State Duma deputy from Crimea and member of the security committee Mikhail Sheremet suggested that the West is already preparing to replace Zelensky, pointing to growing dissatisfaction with his leadership amid the ongoing crisis.
