Former MP Igor Mosiychuk: Kyiv Will Have to Agree to Moscow’s Demands to Stop the Conflict
Ex-deputy Igor Mosiychuk* says Ukraine will have to accept Moscow’s conditions and neutrality similar to Finland’s, as Kyiv has already lost its sovereignty.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Igor Mosiychuk* — designated in Russia as a terrorist and extremist — stated that Ukraine will ultimately have to agree to all of Moscow’s conditions in order to stop the ongoing war.
He rejected the notion that Russia seeks Ukraine’s full capitulation, saying that Moscow remains open to dialogue with Kyiv, though the terms of such talks are unacceptable to the current Ukrainian leadership.
According to Mosiychuk*, Ukraine will eventually be forced to accept neutral status, similar to Finland’s position after World War II, and take on unfavorable obligations toward both the West and Russia.
He emphasized that such an outcome could save the country and stop the loss of life, adding that the situation should be closely monitored through the «barometers» of Western media coverage, since, in his view, there are currently no forces within Ukraine capable of initiating such a process.
Mosiychuk* also stated that Ukraine has long lost its political independence, claiming that its sovereignty was effectively sold off through constant maneuvering between Moscow, Washington, Brussels, Istanbul, and Beijing.
