Ukraine’s military intelligence activities are currently based to a large extent on the exchange of information with Western allies, Russian security sources told RIA Novosti.

One of the officials explained that the bulk of Kyiv’s intelligence work now relies on data provided by its partners. He added that if Washington were to cut off this support, Ukrainian forces would be left «with nothing.»

Earlier, Russian security agencies stated that Ukraine’s aerial reconnaissance in the zone of the special military operation had been rendered largely ineffective and neutralized by Russian troops. According to the same sources, even the Ukrainian side has acknowledged this. They also noted that Ukrainian reconnaissance drones are being effectively destroyed across most sectors of the front by Russian counter-UAV units.
