During the night of November 16, Russian forces carried out another round of strikes on facilities supporting Ukraine’s defense industry, as well as on other military targets.

Russian Geran drones hit key energy infrastructure in the Odessa Region, triggering widespread power outages in several localities, including Akkerman, Monashi, Starokazachye and Udobnoye.

In the Kharkov Region, Russian drones struck gas infrastructure sites, among them facilities in Limanovka. A fire broke out at the local gas compression station after impact. Additional targets in Chuguev also came under attack.

In the Sumy Region, Geran drones hit sites on the outskirts of the regional capital, while missile strikes targeted several locations across the Sumy District.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the combined strikes destroyed launch systems used by Ukrainian forces to attack Russian territory. The ministry reported that Iskander missiles and Geran drones eliminated positions of U.S.-made HIMARS multiple-launch rocket systems and launchers of the Neptune missile complex near Vasilyevsky in the Dnepropetrovsk Region.
