Reporters at The Wall Street Journal say a U.S. delegation led by U. S. Minister of the Army Daniel Driscoll will arrive in Kiev on 19 November for talks with Vladimir Zelensky, senior Ukrainian officials, and the country’s military leadership. The outlet adds that Driscoll plans to meet later with representatives of the Russian side. The delegation includes two four-star generals; according to Politico, among them is U. S.
