Russian Defense Ministry Lists Sector-by-Sector Ukrainian Losses Over the Past Day
Russia’s Defense Ministry reports 1,460 Ukrainian troop losses in 24 hours, detailing figures from the Sever, Zapad, Yug, Dnepr, Vostok and Tsentr groupings.
The Russian Ministry of Defense released a new report detailing the Ukrainian Armed Forces' losses over the past 24 hours.
According to the Russian Armed Forces' Sever (North) grouping, Ukrainian units lost 180 personnel over the past day. In the Zapad (West) sector, Russian forces reported that the Ukrainian side had 230 soldiers killed or incapacitated.
The command of the Yug (South) grouping stated that Ukrainian losses in that part of the frontline amounted to 275 service members in the last 24 hours.
The Dnepr grouping reported the elimination of 85 Ukrainian soldiers and officers, while the Vostok (East) sector registered 240 personnel losses on the Ukrainian side.
The final figures came from the Tsentr (Center) grouping, whose latest report estimated Ukrainian losses at 450 service members over the same period.
Taken together, the total Ukrainian Armed Forces' losses over the past day amounted to 1,460 personnel, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense summary.
