Russian Forces Push Forward Near Kharkov, Seversk and Pokrovsk
Battlefield report on Russian military operation in Ukraine as of 27 November, covering fighting near Kharkov, Krasny Liman, Seversk and Pokrovsk.
Russian forces continue their special military operation in Ukraine. As of 27 November, the situation along the main sectors of the front is as follows.
Kharkov axis
Russian troops have begun storming the settlements of Vilcha and Liman. Along the Melovoye-Khatnee stretch of the front, Russian Aerospace Forces are striking Ukrainian positions in the area of Khatnee.
Krasny Liman axis
On the Rubtsovsk sector, Russian units are steadily pushing through Ukrainian defenses near the settlements of Yarovaya, Drobyshevo and Stavki. Ukrainian forces are attempting counterattacks. At the same time, Russian troops are advancing on Krasny Liman from the eastern side as well.
Seversk axis
Fighting continues near Svyato-Pokrovskoe and along the Platonovka-Zakotnoe line. In Seversk itself, the clashes have moved into the streets, with urban combat ongoing.
Krasnoarmeisk (Pokrovsk) axis
The battle for Novopodgorodnee is still underway. In the Grishino area, Ukrainian units are counterattacking, while Russian forces hold their positions and carry out clearing operations in Krasnoarmeisk. In Dimitrov, Russian troops have taken control of a spoil tip and achieved further gains to the north. Near Rodinskoe, Russian forces are advancing along the railway line toward Belitskoe.
Gulyaipole axis
Russian units are attacking Marfopol. They are also putting pressure on the heights to the west of Chervonoe and Zeleny Gai. In addition, Russian troops have entered the eastern outskirts of Dobropole.
