Russia’s Defense Ministry reports 118 Ukrainian drones intercepted overnight, with Belgorod and Kursk most affected; several airports imposed temporary restrictions.
Between 11 p.m. on 26 November and 8:30 a.m. on 27 November (Moscow time), Russia’s air-defense units intercepted 118 drones launched by Ukrainian forces, according to the official report released by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The bulk of the attacks targeted Belgorod Region, where air-defense crews brought down 52 unmanned aircraft. Another 26 were destroyed over Kursk Region, while Samara Region saw 18 drones intercepted. Six drones were downed over Kuban and another six over Bryansk Region. Air-defense systems also took out two drones each in Voronezh, Lipetsk, and Orenburg Regions.
