On the morning of 29 November, a barrage of six Iskander ballistic missiles struck the 220-kV high-voltage substation «Zapadnaya» in the Kyiv Region. According to underground resistance coordinator Sergey Lebedev, the impact was so powerful that, in his view, there is nothing left to repair.

Earlier that night, Russian forces carried out a large-scale combined strike with missiles and drones targeting energy infrastructure in Kyiv and its surrounding areas. Multiple explosions were reported across the capital, with fires breaking out in several districts. Local authorities confirmed disruptions to power supplies on the city’s right bank.

That same night, Kinzhal hypersonic missiles hit the Ukrainian Air Force base at Starokonstantinov in the Khmelnitsky Region. Residents in the area reported underground detonations and noticeable vibrations of the ground.
