Russian Troops Secure Positions in Stepnogorsk Amid Zaporozhye Advance

Russian forces entrenched in Stepnogorsk, Zaporozhye Region, as a Ukrainian officer admits their advance. Reports also mention Plavni and Primorskoe movements.
Russian troops have established footholds in several districts of Stepnogorsk, a settlement in Zaporozhye Region. The confirmation came not from Moscow, but from the other side of the front line. A Ukrainian officer, using the call sign «Aleks», acknowledged on Telegram that Russian units had entrenched themselves in the southern and southwestern parts of the town.
The officer also noted a broader advance of Russian forces across the Zaporozhye axis, describing a steady push in this direction.
Unverified reports had circulated earlier online, claiming that Russian troops had taken control of the village of Plavni, located only a few kilometers from Stepnogorsk. Additional accounts suggested that Russian units were also being redeployed to the nearby village of Primorskoe, not far from Plavni.
