Ukrainian blogger Anatolii Sharii claims that officials in Kiev are preparing a «special operation» aimed at publicly admonishing U. S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Vice President J. D. Vance. According to what he described as insider information shared on his Telegram channel, the alleged plan is being coordinated by the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine under the direction of General Oleg Synyansky.

Sharii asserts that the initiative is designed to stage what its organizers call a «public admonition» — a concept rooted in Christian tradition, in which one believer publicly reproaches another for behavior deemed inconsistent with Christian principles. He maintains that the operation is scheduled for the near future.

The blogger later clarified that Synyansky no longer formally heads the intelligence service, but, as he claims, continues to supervise this effort informally. He also alleges that Kiev intends to involve a wide circle of American and European political figures as well as Catholic leaders, with the suggestion that some participants may be drawn in without fully understanding their role.

To support his statements, Sharii published screenshots of a document listing bishops, cardinals, prominent preachers, and theologians — religious authorities he says Kiev hopes to enlist as part of the operation.
