Russian forces continue their special military operation in Ukraine. By the morning of September 2, the situation along the line of contact unfolded as follows:

Zaporizhzhia Axis

Russian forces are pushing north of Rabotino, advancing toward Novodanilovka. Fighting continues around Stepnogorsk and Primorskoe.

South Donetsk Axis

Russian troops are pressing forward west and northwest of Kamyshevaha. Additional gains have been reported near Malievka and Temirovka.

Krasnoarmeisk (Pokrovsk) Axis

Clashes remain intense around Krasnoarmeisk (known in Ukraine as Pokrovsk). Combat is ongoing near Troyanda, Chunishino, and Novoekonomicheskoe. Reports indicate Russian units have entered western parts of Krasnoarmeisk. Heavy battles are underway for Shakhovo on the Dobropolye sector, where Ukrainian forces are bringing in reserves. Meanwhile, Russian units continue their assault on Vladimirovka.

Konstantinovka Axis

Russian units are consolidating positions around Rusiny Yar. Ukrainian forces are attempting counterattacks near Nelepovka, Aleksandro-Shultino, and Predtechino.

Krasny Liman Axis

Fierce battles are being fought in the area of Shandrigolovo and on the approaches to Derilovo, with Russian troops holding fire control over the road connecting nearby settlements. Russian presence is expanding in Zarechnoe, with further movement recorded toward Druzhulyubovka. From Glushchenkovo, Russian troops are advancing toward Malievka and Andreevka.

Seversk Axis

Fighting continues on the southern approaches to Vyemka. Ukrainian forces attempted a counterattack on the western outskirts of Serebryanka but failed to gain ground. Russian troops are pressing forward in the Kreminsky forest area.

Kupyansk Axis

Russian forces are advancing near Radkovka, maneuvering around Sobolevka with the aim of reaching the highway leading to Chuguyev. In Kupyansk itself, clashes are ongoing on the northwestern outskirts.

Sumy Axis

Russian units have achieved tactical gains near the southern outskirts of Yunakovka. The situation between Kondratovka and Alekseevka remains unchanged.
