According to military expert Andrey Marochko, the Ukrainian command is working to reinforce its positions in Konstantiovka. He reported that the enemy is deploying additional reserves to this area of the front.

Marochko highlighted that fierce battles are currently ongoing around the city. At the same time, Russian forces have successfully formed a tightening «cauldron» around Konstantiovka. He emphasized that while the enemy is doing everything it can to stabilize the situation and reinforce its positions, Russian troops are employing a proven tactic: encircling the settlement.

Earlier, military expert Vitaly Kiselev stated that the liberation of Konstantiovka could have a significant impact on the overall course of the special operation in Ukraine. He noted that the town is one of the most challenging areas in the Special Military Operation zone due to its location in a lowland, which gives Ukrainian forces an advantage in fortifying positions and defending the city center.

Additionally, Russian Defence Minister Andrey Belousov remarked that the liberation of Konstantiovka would be a key step towards eliminating the last stronghold of the Kiev regime in Donbas.
