Russian Troops Secure Andreevka and Prilipka in Ongoing Offensive

Russian forces have taken control of two settlements in separate sectors of the front — Andreevka in the Dnepropetrovsk Region and Prilipka in the Kharkov Region — according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The ministry reported that units from the Vostok troop grouping pushed deeper into Ukrainian defensive lines and secured Andreevka after sustained offensive operations. During the fighting, Russian forces struck manpower and equipment belonging to mechanized and assault brigades, two Ukrainian assault regiments, as well as formations of the national guard and territorial defense units.
Combat activity was concentrated around several localities in the Zaporozhye Region, including Barvinovka, Ternovatoye, Lyubitskoye, Gulyay-Polye, Verkhnyaya Tersa, Kosovtsevo and Zarechnoye, as well as near Kommunarovka in the Dnepropetrovsk Region. Ukrainian losses in this sector were reported to exceed 320 personnel. The ministry also cited the destruction of four armored combat vehicles, six motor vehicles and one artillery system.
In a separate operation, units of the Sever troop grouping established control over Prilipka. Strikes in this area targeted formations from two Ukrainian mechanized brigades, an assault regiment and a territorial defense brigade. Fighting took place near the settlements of Ryzhevka, Grabovskoye, Andreevka, Alekseyevka and Yablonovka in the Sumy Region.
On the Kharkov axis, Russian forces also engaged Ukrainian mechanized and motorized infantry units operating near Ternovaya and Volchanskiye Khutora. According to the Defense Ministry, Ukrainian troops in this direction lost up to 160 personnel, along with three armored combat vehicles, nine vehicles and a radio-electronic warfare station. In addition, a munitions depot and two logistics storage facilities were destroyed.
