Reports from the front suggest a surge in the evacuation of foreign mercenaries from the Kramatorsk area. According to military expert Andrey Marochko, recent days have seen a sharp rise in the use of small motor aircraft and helicopters to remove the wounded. He estimated that the number of such flights has nearly doubled.

Marochko linked this activity to the arrival of foreign fighters from private military companies operating in the region. These units, he noted, appear to maintain their own medical support network, functioning independently from Ukrainian military infrastructure.

Earlier, Igor Kimakovsky, adviser to the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, reported that Ukrainian forces had stationed detachments of foreign mercenaries along the entire contact line. This move, he said, was intended to reinforce defensive positions and prevent further losses.
