The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Russian forces launched a large-scale strike on Ukrainian targets. The operation hit sites used for the production, storage, and launch of drones, as well as military airfields in the southern and eastern regions of the country.
The ministry specified that on September 7, 2025, the Russian Armed Forces carried out the strikes with precision-guided weapons and attack drones.
It was further clarified that the strikes targeted the Kiev-67 industrial plant on the western outskirts of the Ukrainian capital and the STS-GRUPP logistics base on its southern edge. The Defense Ministry stressed that all designated objectives were successfully destroyed, adding that no other sites within Kiev were struck.
