Russian forces from the «Center» group have taken full control of the settlement of Lunacharskoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), according to the Russian Defense Ministry’s August 11 briefing.

The ministry reported that units of the «Center» grouping completed the liberation of Lunacharskoye through active operations. In addition to this advance, Russian troops struck Ukrainian formations near Dimitrov, Dobropolye, Rodynske, Udachne, Artemivka, Krasnoarmeysk (known in Ukraine as Pokrovsk), and Grodivka in the DPR, as well as in the areas of Novopavlovka and Filiya in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian monitoring outlet Deep State stated that Russian forces had also taken control of Suvorovo (called Zatyshok in Ukrainian), located in the Krasnoarmeysk district of the DPR.

Russian units continued to make progress in several other areas, advancing near Belytske in the Krasnoarmeysk district, as well as Novomarkove, Diliivka, and Aleksandro-Kalinove in the Kramatorsk district of the DPR.
