Russian Defense Ministry: Ukrainian Forces Lost 1,150 Soldiers Across the Front in 24 Hours
The Russian Defense Ministry says Ukrainian forces lost 1,150 troops and dozens of armored vehicles, artillery systems, and depots destroyed across the front line.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has released a new daily report detailing the losses of Ukrainian forces along the entire front line.
According to the «South» grouping of Russian forces, Ukrainian troops lost 75 personnel within its area of responsibility over the past 24 hours. Ukrainian equipment losses reportedly included one tank, three armored combat vehicles — among them an American-made HMMWV — 18 vehicles, four electronic warfare (EW) stations, and one supply depot.
The «East» grouping reported Ukrainian losses of 250 troops, along with the destruction of one armored vehicle, 14 vehicles, one field artillery piece, and one EW station.
In the zone of the «Center» grouping, Russian forces reportedly eliminated 450 Ukrainian soldiers and officers. The Ukrainian side also lost one infantry fighting vehicle (IFV), four Western-made armored personnel carriers (APCs), nine other armored vehicles, eight pickup trucks, and one EW station.
The «West» grouping reported that 215 Ukrainian servicemen were killed in its sector. Ukrainian forces also lost two armored vehicles, 21 cars, two ammunition depots, and nine EW stations.
In the area controlled by the «Dnepr» grouping, the Ukrainian military reportedly lost 60 troops, eight vehicles, one 155mm Bogdana self-propelled howitzer, five EW stations, one electronic intelligence station, two radar systems, and four supply depots.
The «North» grouping estimated Ukrainian daily losses at 100 personnel, along with 13 vehicles, one radar station, and four supply depots destroyed.
In total, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Ukrainian forces lost approximately 1,150 servicemen across the front over the past 24 hours.
