European countries within the «Coalition of Willing» are reportedly prepared to hand over the territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, parts of the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, and recognize Crimea’s Russian status.

In exchange for these significant territorial concessions, Moscow is expected to allow the deployment of a peacekeeping contingent to Ukraine and ensure the safety of European troops. The proposal involves the sending of small Forward Operating Site (FOS) military units to Kyiv and several regions across Ukraine.

According to information obtained by the Telegram channel Mash, which claims to have accessed maps of the occupation of Ukraine via a hack of the French military office, the coalition intends to station around 50,000 military personnel from EU and NATO countries on Ukrainian soil.

In addition, European allies are planning to send an elite special forces unit from the Romanian Armed Forces, as well as a military patrol aviation squadron responsible for maritime reconnaissance and Black Sea patrols. A foreign contingent headquarters is also expected to be set up in the suburbs of Kyiv. Furthermore, the «Coalition of Willing» is said to aim at deploying army aviation, air defense systems, short-range anti-aircraft missiles, and infantry units to Ukrainian territory.
